Bookings
All offers of accommodation and other services featured on the website are subject to availability and we reserve the right to refuse any booking.
Change of Booking Details
Reservations may be amended in line with the booking conditions accepted at the time of the original reservation(s). Change may be made subject to those conditions and any deposit/prepayment held is subject to those booking terms at the time of the original reservation.
Fat Badger App
You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By using the App, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in the UK and are not barred from using such services under applicable law.

Orders placed via the App are considered binding and subject to availability.

Payment must be completed through the App at the time of ordering.

All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Orders may not be amended or cancelled once confirmed, though we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests.
Fat Badger Rewards (Loyalty)

By registering through the App, users are automatically enrolled in the Fat Badger Rewards loyalty programme.

New members receive 100 free points upon successful sign-up.

Customers earn 1 point per £1 spent on food and drink orders placed through the App at participating venues.

Points may take up to 48 hours to appear in your account.

Points can only be redeemed in multiples of 200 points, which is equivalent to £10 in credit.

The initial 100 free points cannot be redeemed unless the user earns at least an additional 100 points (totalling 200 points).

Credit is valid across any of our participating venues.

Points or credit have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

Points are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Points will expire 12 months after the date of issue if not redeemed.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraudulent activity.

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy which complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

Cookies

Damage to Hotel Property
We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the venue’s property or structure. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit/debit card, or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address. We will, however, make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialists to make the repairs and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum.
Inappropriate Behaviour
It is the group’s policy that all our guests have the right to be treated with dignity and respect and as a responsible host we believe that we have a duty to our guests to protect them from inappropriate behaviour. Should any actions by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the General Manager, or if any inappropriate behaviour is brought to the attention of the Management Team, the venue reserves the right, after any allegations have been investigated, to take action against the guest. Depending on the severity of the guest actions, the Police may become involved at the hotel’s discretion, or guests may be asked to leave the venue.
Insurance
We advise you to take out insurance to cover the cost of cancellation and other risks including loss or damage to personal belongings or personal accident. The hotel’s liability for guest belongings is generally limited under the Hotel Proprietors Act 1956.
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in our venues. This includes guest rooms, corridors, bar area and lavatories. Smoke alarms are fitted where necessary. Anyone found smoking in a guest room will be politely asked to stop as they will be breaking the law. They will also be charged £100.00 to clean the room for subsequent guests. Should the fact that smoking in the bedroom comes to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guests credit/debit card, or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address.
Tampering with Fire Detection Systems and Fire Fighting Equipment
We reserve the right to take action against any guest found to have tampered / interfered with any fire detection equipment throughout the venue, including the detector heads in public areas and bedrooms, break glass points and fire extinguishers. Guests found to have tampered with any fire detection or fire fighting equipment will be charged with any costs incurred by the hotel due to their actions and additionally may be asked to leave the hotel. Depending on the severity of the guest actions, the Police may become involved at the venue’s discretion. Should the fact that fire fighting or detection equipment had been tampered with come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guests credit/debit card, or send an invoice to for the amount to the registered address.
